Welcome to the Euphorian Retired Racehorse Project
Euphorian Thoroughbreds are a rare string of the Thoroughbred breed. They come from a single farm simply called “Euphoria” that has horses with mutated genes. These allow them to be able to possess any realistic coat or markings, but otherwise, they share the same long, strong legs, powerful hind, and great speed of ordinary Thoroughbreds. They can grow from 15hh-18hh, though usually are somewhere in the middle.
The horses readopted through the Euphorian Retired Racehorse Project are looking for a new loving home and a new job. They’ve tried racing and have either retired or decided the sport wasn’t for them. Either way, they are ready for the next chapter in their life. Pick how your Euphorians move forwards!

Dutchess is quite strange when it comes to this. She will roll in only the finest and purest mud. First, she scopes out the area, she then finds a spot that may look promising. Carefully, daintily trotting over to it, she kneels down with her ump in the air, and sniffs the mud. This is to make sure it smells pure, and not stinky. For the final test, she licks the mud, then eventually eats it to make sure it's so perfect that she can stomach it. Yes, Dutchess is a very strange horse indeed. The real nightmare starts when she gets washed; she does not appreciate the stable hands washing off that perfect soil she worked so hard to find.

Many think Helena is strange, but her favorite spot to roll is not in the mud or the dirt, but rather the soft and cool snow in the winter time. There is just something about the thought of laying in the frost after the sweltering heat of the summer and creeping chilliness of fall. Often times, younger foals will spend time with her in these moments, their parents reluctant to spend too much time in the snowy conditions. Together they would make impressions in the snow with their hooves, leaving trails and trails of prints to be covered by blizzards later to come.

Honestly? Bug couldn't care less. If there's dirt, she'll roll, doesn't matter to her if it's wet or not. Though she does have some favorite spots. Where the dirt seems to stick the best, things like that. She just likes getting nice and dirty so she can keep some of the heat out and relax after a training session. She's rarely seen without any dirt or mud plastered all over her coat.

When Basbusa has a bit of an itch on her hide, she likes to wander around restlessly until she finds a perfect spot to roll around and relieve the discomfort. She always looks for a spot which is very dry and dusty, preferably with a thick layer of powdery dust that will puff up into a big cloud around her as she flails about on her back. This dust gets everywhere - into her coat, into her ears, even the inside of her nose! The reason she learned to do this is because as a foal she lived on a property overrun with fleas, mosquitoes, and other insects; it didn't take her long to learn that dust actually repels most bugs! While the home she has now is very clean and well-maintained, she never lost her love of a good "dust-bath".
