after selling away their belongings to a merchant who said they would give them an amazing source of power, and who the merchant handed them a sack of golden coins, their gonna be honest, they didn't expect anything at first this changed after taking over an old casino that was up for grabs to whoever promised to clean it up. it had been rusty and old for a while, having most of the coin slots and machines broken in or damaged at the least; after fixing it up with help from an old "friend" they got a few customers, having nothing to use to make coins since they had given their belongings away to the merchant, they thought maybe the so called coins they had received could be put to use. after they bought the coins, caco started to realize that coins would appear in their pocket. the face of the buyer appearing on the coins. so naturally cacophony was there one night, and tried to use them on a slot machine, and could control all the buyers of the casino. anyone who bought a lot of coins for slots, well their self-control would be handed over to the owner in coin pieces. with these coins cacophony could do almost anything, the gamblers would be scared into coming back to buy more coins, and if they didn't well they'd be terrified since a rather cryptid looking kalon had their willpower in their hands. with this increase of money cacophony was able to fix it up more and more and more building this empire. but cacophony started making the coin threats more downlow, coming up with another idea for more money only getting back to the people who they or other people disliked, or had hurt them in some way. it was funny, because a phantom guilt always tugged them whenever they did take someone's willpower away so they did try to stop younger souls from gambling after a while, feeling pity. however they'll still owe them in the end for even walking into the crowded place, but caco realized at this point there was no stopping it. they had a thousand souls to play, whats a thousand more? this is how they were known as the dealer, aka a person who for the right price who would get revenge on whoever you want. stop at the casino anytime you'd like. (probably in a horror-ish?? game! not 100% sure <3)
