Cat Name: Tiersa
Link to Thread: Forsaken FelinesPrompt:Teirsa built herself up from nothing. She was born in a litter of four, with two older brothers, and after a rather brief childhood, feeling the attention and love of her parents as one of their few daughters she watched as the attention moved to her new younger siblings. She was just one of a big family, overlooked, another mouth to feed. And so she started to adventure outwards, a new explorer of places, the bravest and most aspiring of her siblings.
To her parents Teirsa was a bit of a trouble maker and rather attention seeking. She often wasn't around when the family needed help, when her younger siblings needed watching over, or when her older brothers needed help scaring the rats away from the family’s den. She was seen as a little lazy, and a bit distant from the rest of them. She might have meant well originally, and the family still loved them, but each day she came back after a day ‘adventuring’ was another day when the family had to share food with someone who hasn't done anything in return.
As Teirsa grew older she grew into herself more. She was incredible and brave and beautiful. She joined a fun group that liked adventuring the ruins and the sewers and rooftops almost as much as she did. They liked doing risky things, but Teirsa was no coward. She knew she wasn't, and so she joined in too.
Her so called adventuring group didnt think Tiersa was a coward. But they did think she was rather naive and ignorant. She was so caught up in her own head with fantasies of being brave and kind, too focused on adventure and intrigue rather than the true cruel world she lived in. Where she saw pranks and risky stunts were actually the way the cats made a living, stealing and meddling with those far larger and with far more sway on the world than them. The Lions whose kingdom they lived in. But she was useful to them, and her foolishness gathered sympathy even from such criminals. Besides, there was rumours that her family had strong connections, ones that made cats think twice about giving Tiersa a cruel awakening. (370/500)
