Leader attributes; I'd say I'm somewhat patient (compared to when I was younger) and have a (hopefully) friendly and open aura(I think that's the right work) when I interact with people. I'd also say I'm a good listener and somewhat open-minded and (depending on the issue) can listen to both sides of a problem. Of course, everyone has their flaws and there may be times when I'm not perfect at my job, but that's when I can step back, take a good look, and fix what I can fix. (This probably wasn't exactly what you were looking for but I want to be as honest as possible)
Why do you think you can be fit for this position?; I believe I fit for this position because I can problem solve most things and I can step back and actually look at the whole picture/situation and see what went wrong.
Have you any experience with successful species? If so, please link; I currently work as an artist for FWPs!
