Thank you for the opportunity! I hope you have an amazing day/night!!
Username: Hamstermoon
Lambicorn name: Iris, after the rainbow goddess(might change because I suck at pronouncing it XD)
Gender: Male
Plans for this lambie?: first off if I win this one I cant wait to fully develop a full story/backstory to fit them into my own little lambie universe. I'll probably also breed them a bit since I would love to see the outcome of both his traits and my other lambies ^-^ oh! I also can't wait to draw plenty of art of him and my other lambies and flesh out the relationships he may have with them!
Ooo possibly also designing an outfit for them if I can save up enough!(which I probably will, I'm a sucker for accessories)
I imagine Iris to be quite the pushover, being quite lonely as well as most are too afraid to approach him because of his fierce-looking face and elder statue, though, in reality, he is simply a childish sweetheart who deserves all the love in the world.
Heres also a bit of background I thought of when I saw him X3 I hope my grammar and spelling aren't too bad T^T
in the world which iris lives, he is seen as a god to the normal folk. The humans(might change this) usually seeing the rainbow-like creature flying over their villages around the clouds in the early morning when the sun has just risen. Though no human has got to really interact or see a clear view of the creature instead they didn't care quickly assuming this creature to be a god, the god of the rising sun, ruler of the heavens and bringer of happy dreams, the last title being the only one really true.
Iris never had a problem with the humans giving him such a title, the sweetheart loved to see the smiling and happy faces of the humans every time he flew by, in fact, he began flying over the villages every morning after awhile just to give the humans the hope they sought from their 'sun god.' Iris was even happier when he received his name Iris from them, a little put off by how feminine it is but in the long run didn't really mind as he was just grateful for the name in the first place, never really receiving one before, growing up alone as an orphan and being to fierce-looking for anyone to really see the lonely sweetheart he actually is. Well, he did have one friend, a small bunny like Lambie named Cooper, in fact, the small Lambie is the reason Iris began to fly over the human villages in the first place, to get to each other's homes, over the village was the quickest way there and back. Cooper was also the first person to give Iris a name, well nickname, usually referring to the 'sun god' as Rainbow, if they are not calling him buddy like they do literally everyone.
Iris always had wanted to really meet the humans but he had always been too scared that if they met him and realized that he wasn't the god they thought he was and then would begin to shun him. Though when he saw the statue which the humans had built for him he had finally built up the courage to meet the humans. You see this statue was incredibly inaccurate, only ever being able to see Iris from the bottom the humans have only been able to see the rainbow of his belly, chin, and legs, the early morning sun completely blocking out what little black of his pelt you can see from the angle, they had gotten his features completely wrong, even changing his gender and species. The statue instead was built of a blonde female who had the upper body of a human and the lower body of a slim six-legged, rainbow lion covered in silver jewelry and a long white cloth for clothing, completely removing his wings, hooves.. and well his face.
it took a bit of Cooper's emotional support to get Iris to meet the humans he practically worshiped himself but in the end, Iris had built enough courage to meet said humans he loved so dearly.
when he flew down to meet the humans they immediately responded to him with fear and anger, the exact response Iris was afraid of. Even when he claimed to be their sun god the humans didn't believe him instead assuming him to be some type of demon or evil god trying to trick them into worshiping him instead. in the very end poor Iris left the human village sad and lonelier then he has ever been before.
the next morning though back in the sky again flying over the human village was Iris, this time getting cheers of victory and prays being given his way as the humans saw their aggression and victory to the earlier 'demon' a victory and show of loyalty to their god which just so happens to be the same creature they just showed aggression to.
Never the less every morning after that, Iris could still be seen flying over the human village, still being the sweetheart that he was he found it more important to bring the humans happiness than to fix their mistakes and keep himself 100% happy... Cooper on the other hand was ready to declare war.
I'll probably add more to this about his personal life, home, and maybe childhood if I think of it or after, if I win :3
