Feathered dragon (Pennata Draco)
A very common species, the pennata draco, or feathered dragon, are known for their vibrant plumage and great stature. It is said that the more stripes on the tail of a feathered dragon can tell whether or not the dragon is in tune with arcane magic. Featherless breeds of feathered dragon exist, though they are less common. Feathered dragons can be found much shorter than average, thusly named munchkin dragons.

The day was amazing as I found myself just sobbing from happiness in the arms of the singer I admired so much, not only did I get to meet the entire band but a few months ago I saw them again and he remembered me from that time

why you chose this name: Kind of reminds me of the sea.. with a beautiful sunrise. Alongside that: I see the word Tempest as a storm- and although nothing of her says stormy: that is mostly her personality. She on the outside looks to be calm, collected, sweet... but when you get to truly know her, you find that she is that but is also chaotic, mischievous, and is always getting into trouble.
In other words: looks can be deceiving, and so the name must not be.
