Here, you can send your Temple Striders to trainers to train them. This raises their stats in whatever training course you sent them on! It does cost Totems though.

Speed Training: 5 Totems
Strength Training: 5 Totems
Health Training : 5 Totems
Magic Training : 10 Totems (Effective in all stats, mostly in Strength)
Once your form gets accepted, your Temple Strider will be trained for 24 hours. In that time you cannot send your Temple Strider exploring, and you cannot send them here if they're exploring.
With this is mind: Have fun!
