My favorite pasta dish is Baked Ravioli with Pesto Cream Sauce, Ravioli are a type of pasta comprising a filling enveloped in thin pasta dough. Pesto is a sauce that traditionally consists of crushed garlic, european pine nuts, coarse salt, basil leaves and cheese.
Just the thought of this dish reminds me of my childhood, when during the holidays with my family we prepared the ravioli all together, it was a truly magical moment for me and the best thing was to eat the product of our kitchen!
Also if you have never tried it I recommend you to do it because it is really delicious!

I'm honestly probably the most basic person ever. My favorite pasta is plain spaghetti with butter on it. Otherwise (if you count it) Macaroni and Cheese is a close second.

Pasta: It may be a bit common, but lasagna. I love the texture of the layers of noodle, ricotta cheese, and the sauce. No matter where you get it, it always tastes good. Of course, it's at its prime when homemade, from scratch. My grandma used to make it when I went to her house in the summer and it holds a bit of nostalgia for me. Plus, I'm just a real big sucker for pasta and ricotta cheese, so you get to have to best of both worlds at once!

Pasta: I really like this pastas my mum used to make that I’ve now learnt to make for myself. My mum usually made it with spaghetti and I do prefer making it with spaghetti but it can be made with other pasta too. Anyways it’s pretty simple, it’s just olive oil, salt, pepper, with cherry tomatoes and bacon on top. Though sometimes it’s nice with some salad on top with just olive oil and salt for dressing. I also sometimes like frying up some onion so it’s kinda crispy to have with the bacon; but those are my own twists. I also like that because the base is simple, so if I want to experiment then there’s plenty of room to. That way it can be something new each time I make it - if I want.
