Rule 1: do not claim some one else's veil as yours
Rule 2:do not guilt trip people into giving them their moon veils
Rule 3:only artists can make moon veils
Rule 4:have fun!
If you want to become an artist just send me a trade telling me that you want to and then I'll send you a pet that is named "welcome to moon veils"
