Hello! This is a special adopt to celebrate the 15th Ispilu! The rules are simple. This is a raffle therefore the winner will be randomized. I will take all the names of the people who entered, put them into an online wheel, and spin it. After the winner is selected, I will notify them that they won and ask that they pick a theme for me to base their Ispilu off of. I will then make them an adopt based off that theme. I will once again message them to notify them that their adopt is done and to ask about the Ispilu's name and gender. I will spin the wheel twice. The second person who gets picked will get an uncommon runner-up adopt based off of a theme of their choosing.
Note: I am only able to make edits up to rare with this adopt.
Most people probably know how raffles go already, but I will explain just in case. The first person to post will put "1" as their number. The second person will put "2" And so on. This Raffle will end around the March the 28th or when we reach the top of page 3.
