Competition:Noctis is quite a playful character despite his more reserved appearance and graceful, well behaved disciplines.
He is known for quite a a few interesting quirks, like throwing his hay literally everywhere and outside his stall to make someone come over and give him attention, or playing with zippers on someone's jacket, to even just throwing his face around and making silly noises with his mouth and flapping his gums.
He is quite an interesting fellow, but one of his biggest weird moments is definetly his obsession with buckets, he just can't seem to get enough of them. Whether it be turning over his food bucket and kicking it around the field, to picking it up and running off with it when someone comes to take it. He also seems to have a knack for getting it stuck on him, either on a leg or over his head or getting the handle stuck in his mane causing him to freak out. he's been seen on a few occasions running around with a bucket head, completely blind to where he is running and crashing chest first into fences.
On one such occasion, it was a Misty morning after a recent downpour of rain, and the horses were eager to get outside and stretch their legs and have some fun after being stuck inside. Noctis was one of the first out, and someone had unknowingly left a large bucket by the fence, outside the paddock though. Noctis squeeled gleefully and pranced over to it, and managed to grab hold of the upturned handle with his teeth and threw it into the paddock, scaring the nearby horses half to death, making them run to the other side with snorts and cries as they looked about in fright. Noctis ran up to the bucket and reared up playfully, landing back down and pushing it with his nose. He rolled it around before getting curious and stuck his nose inside to see if there were any treats to be had, and subsequently stuck his head too far in, for when he lifted his head the bucket came up with it. He was stuck. In a blind fit of panic he backed up, almost backing into his handler who had come over to retrieve the bucket. He spun and ran off and ended up running into the fencing, falling backwards and rolling but luckily he dislodged the bucket from his head, without help from his handler who was almost doubled over with laughter, although they did come over to check him and see if he was alright. He stomped and flicked his tail and looked shocked at what happened, but didn't get to pay back the bucket for attacking him as the human picked it up and left the paddock to tell everyone about what they witnessed. Because of this, he no longer gets left alone with any metal buckets due to one too many vet visits, although he does get some toy plastic ones for enrichment to play with, and he loves when they are filled with water, he will soak himself and absolutely everyone around him if he gets the chance. To this day no one really knows why he practically fell in love with buckets, but it is quite entertaining to watch him goof around in the field whenever he's given one.
