What's up? // oh gosh,, i feel like she'd 100% be up all night talking to friends online and/or watching netflix with her gf. introvert in public, extrovert online, and an absolute night owl that detests mornings.
Extra // She is very open about her appearance, being her transparent limbs. She advocates for people with deformities/abnormalities/etc and is trying to get into modelling work. As for her past, her and her parents still have a great relationship, she goes to her mom for everything imaginable, from little worries to big blowups, her mom has always been there for her and she adores it. She also loves plants, a lot, and her cute little apartment is covered in them, as well as tapestries and candles. She practices wicca, and is a green witch, which accounts for all the plants. She'd also drop like $100 on one crystal because she loves shiny stuff. Her patron goddess is Artemis.

What's up? // Deka's rather busy, most of her work is done at night hunting for the perfect locations to take pictures of stars and galaxies. But that's the easy part. After finding unique star clusters and formations she spruces up the pictures to prep them for her budding clothing line Glitz. Deka goes just a step farther by adding carefully placed LEDs so you can enjoy your new shirt, hoodie, or skirt day or night. It's hard work but someone has to do it.

Extra // Part of her idea big idea came from her attempts to cover up the see-through parts of body . Deka was really self-conscious and any comment about it stuck with her. However, she wanted what she wore to be just as pretty as her solid parts.

xxxToday was a day like any other. I sat on my soft, indigo, starry blanket, with its complementing pillow, and my precious skeleton plushie, Suke, next to me. Afternoon light filtered into my room, illuminating my iris walls. My silver laptop, covered in galaxy-themed stickers, (and a drawing of Suke I drew myself,) was sat on my lap; I browsed between chatting with my online friends and watching some shows. I sighed; not a sigh of disappointment, but a sigh of calmness. Times like right now, days like today, were always my favorite. I was relaxed; talking to my friends, and with Suke next to me. Suke is a plushie that had always provided me comfort, having had helped me with becoming comfortable with my odd appearance. And, of course, getting to chat with my friends was always something I looked forward to. I smiled, simply being able to enjoy times like these.
xxxAfter a bit of lounging, once I tired of that, I hopped off of my bed, padding along to a connected room. This room is what I liked to call my 'Imagination Room.' Simply put, it was where I kept my art supplies, and did my projects in most often. This was quite apparent, too, due to the paint splotches scattered around the room, and various supplies I have yet to put away. Though it was getting later, as the daylight became less and less, night-time was when inspiration struck me most. So, I gathered my supplies, setting them on my table, and sitting down. While most means of making art are difficult without opposable thumbs, there was one form of creativity that I quite enjoyed; pottery! Sculpting, whether with precision or with emotion, was lots of fun for me; especially being able to paint my creations with a variety of colors. So, I began sculpting, molding the turning clay on the pottery wheel. There wasn't exactly an end-goal I was reaching towards; I was simply bringing my emotions and feelings to life, in a way. After a few hours of that, once I was satisfied with what I made, I placed it in an oven for baking.
xxxAfter this, however, I was still restless, and a bit bored. Because of this, I decided to grab Suke, and head outside. I had quite a large backyard, due to the fact that I don't have any immediate neighbors; a backyard perfect for stargazing! Stargazing, and the night sky in general, was not only absolutely fascinating, but something I loved and adored! The beautiful sky above me, and each star, with its own special meaning and story, provided me so much comfort and joy. I padded along, a brisk and cool wind passing through my fur. I laid down on the soft emerald green grass, with Suke by my side, and looked up at the beautiful night sky. I gazed upon the creamy bold crescent moon, and each twinkling pearly star, and the pretty constellations they created as they danced across the obsidian midnight sky. It was nothing sort of a sight to behold; sure, it was almost as common as something could get- the stars are out most every night, after all. That doesn't take away how amazing they are though, at least to me. As the wind swept by, I smiled; it was so peaceful, so quiet, so nice.
xxxAs I relaxed, simply sitting up and holding Suke in my paws, I noticed something illuminating through my torso. My eyes lit up, as I instantly knew the source of the light. I turned around to look at it and saw them; fireflies! They stopped by often, and were simply a joy to behold. I smiled, gazing at them fly about. Fireflies are such cool creatures; they're like flying stars. And simply adorable, too. Their unique blinking and shining was astounding; (I also always found it interesting to see how light shined through the translucent parts of my body, too.) I delicately held my paw out towards some of them, with curiosity, and, to my surprise, one landed on it! I looked upon it with endearing joy; it was a precious little creature, and one that trusted me, too! After just a moment, it flew on its way, but simply being surrounded by them, with the night sky above me, and soft grass below me, filled me with joy and content. It was such a beautiful, peaceful scene. Truly so incredible; I felt so genuinely happy. I was where I absolutely love to be.
xxxAfter the wonderful moment, I finally felt myself growing tired. I yawned, standing up, and holding Suke close to me, and trotted inside. As I slipped into bed, I smiled, knowing that tonight would be full of pleasant dreams.
