Nervous and shy, it can be hard to get to know Khosana. He shies away from new faces, and it takes a lot to unlock his trust. He’s easy to spook, and will rarely stay still in one spot, constantly pacing and moving. His stall has a little track from where he has paced around, and his pasture’s grass is flattened by the gate from his constant pacing, his nerves meaning that he always has to keep an eye on things.
However, with a lot of patience and even more scratches and treats, his trust can be won. When someone earns his trust, he is extremely loyal, and will work hard for those he loves. He’s extremely protective of those who he cares for, and he will put himself between things that he considers dangerous and those he wants to protect. He’s a sweet, caring little stallion, and, even though it can be easy to overlook him because of his nerves, he’s a great zebra to get to know!

personality: Quick-witted and intelligent, Kemuri is well known to slip out of latched stalls and gates (he's named more for this tendency than his colour). Due to a curious nature, he prefers the company of humans, and occasionally hounds, over socialising with other zebras. He's attentive enough to memorise their schedules, information he uses just as often to join them in favourite activities as he does to sneak off and cause mischief. He's also observant enough to worry when something happens outside of routine; he searches for anyone not working where they usually do, and draws attention when things are forgotten...sometimes by stealing them, forcing the owner to chase him around. Sweet foods and treats go missing when he happens to spot them, the previously-sealed containers carefully set back where they were, although he hasn't learned to close things as well as he opens them. When exploring new places, he takes his time to be sure he notices everything that could be interesting or useful.
Despite the difficulties he can cause, Kemuri's charm and empathy earn the love of everyone around him. His cheerfulness is infectious, and he seems to know it! Anytime someone has a bad day, he follows them around until they're smiling again. Of course no one working on the reservation admits to having favourites, but if they did, many would choose this sweet young stallion.
