Imani actually lives in the desert, so the perfect holiday gift for her is snow. She used to live in Alaska until she had to change schools in order to get the requirements for her future occupation. It's become so hot, and the temperatures barely drop. Imani fears that this year she won't get a speck of snow, and that makes her incredibly sad. One of her favorite things about being in Alaska was the lovely snow that occasionally fell.
Although she didn't get literal snow for her Secret Santa gift, she got a little snow globe and she adores it. The snow globe has a polar bear mommy and baby in it, so they get little snowflakes over them when she tilts it.
