Why don't they like autum activites or celebrations?
“Why don’t I like the festivities? Have you seen what’s involved?” The lioness shudders then meticulously grooms her gleaming coat as if worried it had gotten dirty. “It takes work to look this good. Well. Not too much work. My beauty comes naturally, of course. You expect me to celebrate the holiday with paint. Do you know how long it takes to wash that out?” Ubatili shakes her head with pity. “I couldn’t ruin my look with something so... filthy. And you know what else? Squash carving.” She shuddered again then licked a paw. “My paws would be covered in seeds and squash guts. No, thank you. Dressing in costumes? Why would I want to be anyone else but me? I’m perfect as I am.” She stands with a soft huff and forces a smile. “Is the interview over? I have a date with the lake and I’m due for a cat nap.”

Basically, Ubatili is vain and the thought of most of the seasons activities getting her dirty has her feeling cranky. She’s a bit selfish.
