The only superstitions that Six gives any merit to are those that encompass the Lunar New Year, which is, possibly, the most celebrated occasion of the pride. In the interest of trying to ensure that they have a good time in the coming year, he believes that the shrine cavern, and all the connecting caverns which make up their primary home and resting place within their territory, must be thoroughly cleaned before the day of the New Year, in order to bring good fortune to the pride and all of its members in the coming year. However, he insists that they must never clean on the day of the New Year as, instead, as it signifies sweeping all of the good luck out of their home. Additionally, he believes that red is the most lucky color, and sees to it that each member of the pride has something red with them at the start of the new year, in hopes to bring them even more good fortune.

Because of his beliefs in these superstitions, he is considered the one in charge when it comes to such preparations for the New Years. He oversees all of the cleaning, ensuring that the caverns are meticulously in order and, somehow, dust free. If Six witnesses, or even so much as hears, anyone cleaning on the New Years day, itself, he promptly puts an end to it, even if it means tackling the perpetrator in order to stop them fast enough.

As for red objects, he tends to traverse their territory, and even territories around them, if needed, in order to gather red flowers each member of the pride, and gives them out to everyone. Should any one be missed, or happen to lose their flower, he hastily retrieves them another, even if it means having to travel a good deal to get them a new one.

Although he is quite dedicated to his new year's tasks, he's not particularly terrified or mortified if things don't actually go as planned, if the cleaning is not complete or so on and so forth, but he still tries his best to make sure things go smoothly.
