This story is told through the eyes of Dream, who was but a child when she first met Ang.

When I was younger I didn’t think much of politics- with what was allowed and what wasn’t. It never occurred to me that just because a tsukai was from another alliance or family they were not allowed to interact. Truly I just lived carefree- I daydreamed of when I’d be older and have my own life or I would color under the large oak tree on my family’s property. I was indifferent to the so-called " divide " between the moon and the stars. I didn't care much back then, escaping reality by hanging out under the oak tree near my home. Those were the days I like to think that I miss the most, but that was before I met her.

Before I fell -

It had been a starless night only the moon shone brightly in the darkened sky, as I stared out to the field where my tree stood. I don’t know why I did it but I snuck out of my room that night. Suddenly, there she was. Her eyes wide as saucers and as red as blood on snow. I stepped back a bit afraid of who- or what she actually was, first and foremost. I quickly noticed the small horns that were growing on her forehead. I'd never seen anyone so peculiar. I reached out to touch her face, though I was scared. She flinched when I did and grabbed my wrist, her teeth bared at me like some wild animal. But I understood her fear; I wouldn’t want some stranger suddenly touching me. So I lowered myself to her eye-level and I introduced myself.

“ Hello- I'm Dream who are you? “ She looked at me with a cautious gaze, still clasping my wrist in her hands. “ Sorry for scaring you like that... “ She narrowed her eyes at me. " You're very nosy, aren't you ? I don't want to talk. I want to play. "
This strange girl wanted me to play a game with her back then, and being children at the time, I didn't mind. In all my childhood years, I think those few nights I spent with her and got to know her were the best. " I'm Ang Rouge. And my family is part of the Moon Alliance. " She finally introduced herself fully as we lay under the stars, talking about our lives. We discussed our dreams and plans for the future- I never wanted that night to end.

Alas, the lights in my household turned on, and I saw my father rushing over to us with a furious expression. We had been found out. My heart dropped as he reached us and swatted at Ang with an intent to hurt her. I couldn't do anything but watch as Ang fled tearily, the last words I heard from her being : " Don't worry. I'll find you. " And that'd been the last I'd see of her for a long, long time.

To her, it doesn’t matter if her friends are in the same alliance or not. She thinks both alliances can coexist together and that there is no “greater alliance” as they are both equal.

How do they feel about the moon alliance? (500 words + 1 art piece maximum): Arch is at peace with those from a different diety. She doesn't feel superior, nor inferior.
Growing up, Arch was taught to fear the moon treatied Tsukai's, they were powerful creatures with unknown abilities. War grew stronger between the two, forcing little Arch to train herself for battle. Her only skill was becoming warmer, how could she defeat the other side? In the distance, on the first day of war, a planned attack! Or... A white flag? The moon deities tread the Earth with paws of peace, the two agreed on a treaty of protection for each side. While Arch never really tasted the fear of war, she learned growing up and being taught one thing wasn't always the correct thing.

how do they feel about the moon alliance?:
eclaire feels quite positively about the moon alliance! after all, one of her most dearest and treasured friends is from there; noelle! together they get up to any variety of hijinks and adventures, from having a picnic in a meadow once the snow has thawed, and the rejuvinating warmth of spring and the bursts of new life sure to come with it, to sneaking up on unsuspecting tsukai during the colder months of autumn and giving them a good scare during the spooky season! although often they are apart, being from different alliances and having their own lives and duties to tend to, they always make time to spend some quality time together!

eclaire's never been very judgemental in general, but she could never feel any ill will towards the moon alliance, largely in part to being friends with noelle. and after all, for every sun, there must be a moon! and for the star alliance, the moon alliance is their moon, and the star alliance is their sun. without one another, things would be out of balance, and not to mention quite lonely! eclaire is grateful for the opportunity to have others who can relate to her experiences, as a tsukai, but also carry with them their own unique experiences, that they can share with her if they so choose, and she can learn about and appreciate what makes the two alliances different, just as she appreciates what binds them together, and the similarities they share. after all, it's important to embrace, and celebrate, everyone's differences! every world was made with diversity by default, because there is no fun in being the same as everyone else. it is far more beautiful a sight, in eclaire's opinion, to see all the different kinds of creatures and life that the world has to offer, and how each of them are different, and how even her fellow tsukai, moon or star, can be just as unique, even when they're the same species, or alliance, as herself!

giselle also comes from the moon alliance, and eclaire makes frequent trips to her woodland cottage to deliver flowers and baked goods she's made. a treasured friend since childhood, eclaire and giselle have always been pretty close. they often played together when they were younger, when their parents couldnt find things to occupy the young tsukai, and their boundless energy desperately needed an outlet. this is how they ended up finding the enchanted forest giselle now resides in, actually! take a couple young tsukai who werent quite sure what to do and an insatiable curiosity for just about anything and evreything, and you got... well, two little trouble makers, for both their parents! but it all ended well, and eclaire makes sure to take time to go on hikes and nature walks with giselle when they both find the time to... they've discovered so many unique and cool places, thanks to this friendship tradition! eclaire hopes her friendships will encourage and inspire others.
