NPCs are a big part of Helgrim! These hexes run the shops and some of the threads as well, so they're quite valuable!
Some of these NPCs are also breedable! If you want to breed your hex but can't find others to use or only have one, you can use one of these NPCs!
Anybody can use these NPCs in writing or art, and the staff generally use them during announcements or important posts!
