How does you kalon feel about their cruise breaking down?
The tropical sun was shining down on the cruise, giving warmth to all upon the ship. The noise of the ocean and the squaks of seagulls provided a very nice ambient noise. Sitting on a plastic bench and sipping a mocktail, Kiele was finally enjoying herself. Maybe the cruise would not be a waste of money after all, although her previous excursions would beg to differ. Whenever she went away from home, storms(tropical or lightning),wind, rain, snow, avalanches and other mishaps of nature seemed to follow. But maybe, perhaps this would be different! Call it a "jinx",bad luck or whatever,(Kiele knew it as fate) but just at that moment the ship rocked and shook, spilling her mocktail. A some-what annoying Kiele was more bamboozled by the sound of confused and angry passengers. A worker rushed into the deck as fast as he could. Standing in the middle of a perplexed crowd with a microphone he said. "Sorry for delay, ladies and gentlemen but the boat appears to have broken down, we will be staying at the nearby island until repairs are done! Please exit in a orderly fashion." A groan came out from the crowd as they prepared to exit. "Oh joy…" Kiele mouthed as she squished into a line with a bunch of irritated passengers. Her "fate" had not changed.
