Prompt: Hawkshade's most valuable trait in his own personal opinion is his ability to climb faster then anyone else, he has never lost across up the mountain or through the trees, he runs with the power of the wind or so he claims. While others dislike his bragging about his speed and strength when he comes to climbing they can't deny his incredible talent and he does work hard for it. He practices climbing everyday and races around on patrol which does sometimes get him in trouble. Hawkshade isn't afraid to boast or challenge anyone because he isn't afraid of losing, mostly because he hasn't ever lost, that was until he met Shadowstep who is now his rival and brings out that inner flare buried deep inside his heart to do better and beat her at anything. Though he always loses in a fight with her they are still pretty close when it comes to racing.

He really gives everyone a chance, whether in or out of the clan, and always makes sure that fights are absolutely mandatory. Juxtaposing his leader's initial hostile attitude to outsiders, Sunnyheart handles most of the alliances and interactions because he is sure to be kind and fair. That's right 4 moons and how much more do you know compared to the others? That's right, much much more. Having a black pelt does help when attacking in the dark, but it's my brains. The knowledge I have that other's don't yet. The ways I can knock over my opponent, by knowing what paw might be holding most of the cat's weight. Being able to guess where they might strike, to counter it, and same with prey. you and I know more battle strategies than most of the older warriors. I also know what weather will bring out what type of prey the most. It has nothing to do with good guessing skills, it's about paying attention to the minute details not many care for. Heronburr slowed his steps, trampling dry grass under his paws as he fell back in line with Cinderstar. “What do you mean?” he asked, turning to glance over her features. She walked in a swift pace, fur rippling in the short gusts of wind.

“I’m looking for a deputy.” Cinderstar responded. “So, what do you think is your best asset?”

After a moment of hesitation, Burr nodded. “My charisma. I’ve always been good at talking to others- clan-members, Mavis-star. They listen to me… and I’ve always been proud of that.” He responded. “They’ve told me I’m a natural born leader- Thorn and Rowan, I mean. They say I’m persuasive.”

Cinderstar nodded. “The clan loves you. They’re all drawn to you in a way I can’t quite put my paw on. You’re young, but you’ve got spirit.” She agreed. “I think if I didn’t know any better you’re almost-”

“Alluring?”

“Lucky.” Cinderstar chuckled. “I’ve seen you get out of night watch one too many times.” She sighed. “You’ll make a great deputy one day, kid.”
