I think a dreamcatcher would be a really good item to add, perhaps on the tail. Something with reds, or bright blue, to contrast the purple.

This cat looks like an owl and while owls screech, they also have hooting calls which sound like a flute being played on a low note, therefore I'd give this cat a flute, slung on a rope around her shoulders,
