a goal you've achieved or wish to achieve within the community:
I've recently joined this wonderful loving community around a few month ago. Starting out, I had no idea how much I'd love the wonderful species, staff, and members. I only thought of this as simply a pass time. When I really got into it, I realized the effort artists put in for each adopt, custom, nursery batch, etc. I realized the kalon community is unbelievably sweet, members willing to pitch in and help me pay for a transfer. I never thought I myself would ever win a kalon. Until I did.
It was from a readopt, and I felt as if I was on top of the world. I was overwhelmed with joy.
Ever since that day, February 11th, 2019 I felt motivated. Motivated to try for each adopt I could. To take the time to write and draw and develop the characters, even if I didn't win. I started out feeling discouraged as I entered adopt after adopt and never earning the kal or a HM. I learned. I learned to work harder. To put my heart and soul into each contest and to develop the character to my potentials.
I hope that one day, however near or far, I have the opportunity to win a main adopt. I've been lucky enough to get a HM, and I hope that someday I will also be able to add on to my kalon family. Maybe one day I'll be able to get a rare or even legendary child! <3
