I was gonna design him myself but I lost all my creativity after spending so long lining the dang thing..

So I thought why not do a CYOD with a twist. I was gonna make this guy real bright and fun. So, you can make him bright and fun instead!!

The only rule is to at least have some real bright colors. They don't have to be super neon and you don't have to cover the base in just bright colors. You can use some dark colors to balance out the brighter ones! So I know you read the one rule I want you to type 'bazinga' so I know
