been cropping up and he just can't deal with them fast

why are they sad?; they’re extremely fragile. the slightest tap seems to hurt. the roses’ thorns in his feet and arms hurt too. on top of this, they’re very sensitive and easily let down, which means he gets very hurt when bullied - mentally and physically. their biggest dream is to find someone that loves them for who they are..

His beloved pet fish has passed.

People would often wonder, "how could a fish be a good pet? It doesn't do much, a cat or dog would've been better."
Well, Kin thought of the opposite, he felt a very deep connection with his beta fish.
It would immediately recognize him every time he passed by its aquarium like a small dog following its owner. Kin was also surprised that he could easily teach it multiple tricks like following his fingers and going through hoops. He even gave it a very unique name, "Juan Pablo" or just JP for short. It was a joke type of name but he loved it nevertheless.

Kin never thought of getting a fish or a pet, in general, but JP caught his eye and he dedicated everyday to taking care of it. At the night of its passing, the aquarium felt empty but his heart was emptier.
