Crow-
Crow was born at the human nest close to Red Moons territory, as a pup he would often watch the pack trot across their masters land late at night before moon high, traveling somewhere always to return after the moon began to fall from its peek. He had asked his mother many times what they where doing but, she would always say the same thing.. "I dont know where they go, nor do i want to and you shouldnt either those Nox are.... they're bad. they'll eat your up given the chance so stay away from them!" he would always promise that he would stay away and not interact with them but, he couldn't help his curiosity. Then winter came and the pack didn't seem to travel threw their land, maybe they took a different root.
At two years Crow was the best sheepdog in town, his ability to move and predict the movements of the sheep drove his career forward. his master often lent him to fellow farmers closer to town. it was at this time he met a nox named Queenie, the sight of her made his heart skip. Crow began skipping work spending time with Queenie, he brought her gifts and tended to her whims.
Then one day after skipping work once again, Queenie told Crow that she hated the look of his favorite collar and told him to get rid of it. Crow loved his collar, his master had given it to him after Crow had won his very first competition but, he took the collar off and left it in the forest near town. As Crow had thrown the collar away he'd felt as if he was being watched, a shadow moved over him but when he looked up the sun only blinded him. Crow returned to Queenie, only to see that she had gone home without saying goodbye.. He hurried home irritated that she'd left without word, when Crow returned home he saw his master, the man was very cross. He began yelling swinging his rake at Crow and chasing him off the farm. Crow's mother came running out to him, she sat and looked him in the eye "Crow... you cant come back here. the farm next door lost their flock today a pack of strays took them all. if you'd been there you could have stopped them, or at least let the human know. You've neglected your duties for too long, the master doesn't have any use for a dog that cant do his job. On top of all this... You've lost your collar... how could you, you know how much that meant to our human! he was so proud of you and you've let him down Crow. Now leave... and please don't come back" His mother turned and left him. Alone, homeless, he had nothing... He had Queenie! he ran to her his love. The news had spread faster then fire she already knew. "i dont date strays" was all she said when he appeared. Heart broken Crow ran blinded by sadness right into Red Moon territory.

Lycan-
Lycan ran along his border, he kept an eye on the forbidden path, a creature appeared where the paths meet and Lycan ducked down. Praying to the ancestors that the humans inside its belly hadn't seen him, the creature roared and flew past him. he sprang up and continued running, pausing only to renew his clans scent markers. as he ran Lycan noticed a scent carried by the wind, 'a stray? hunting on my territory!' rage filled him as he turned bolting after the stray. As he ran he caught the scent of fresh kill, Red Moon's pray. whoever this mutt was he'd regret coming here. Lycan slowed his pace as he drew closer to the stray, he made sure to stay downwind of the Nox. His red eyes locked on the black and white Nox, he lowered himself to the ground, jump without hesitation, the stray whirled around surprised but, Lycan was already on top of him biting into the back of the Noxs neck and taking fur with his claws "this is Red Moon territory! get out or ill take more then just your fur!" he warned biting the nox once more before letting him go. The stray didn't hesitate, with his tail between his legs he ran to the border, Lycan ran with him snapping at his heels to make sure this mutt never came back. As they got the the forbidden path Lycan halted, watching the Nox bolt into Violets Suns territory. 'their problem now' he thought, resuming his patrol.
Crow meets Lyris-
Heart racing Crow struggled to breath. That nox was crazy Crow thought wary of this territory hopefully whatever pack made there camp here was a bit more friendly. As Crow wandered he began to loose himself in thought, how he was before he met Queenie, how he'd cared so deeply for her, and how she didnt really seem to care for him at all. A voice came from above him and practically scared the bageebers out of him. "There you are!! Nox with the planet markings!" Crow jumped around looking for the source of the voice!. he looked up, the sun blinded him once again but, this time he could make out a figure. A Nox winged?!? nox landed in front of him and she had his collar in her mouth. "you are so hard to find!! i saw you toss this but, its so nice i couldn't help but take it but, then my pack member told me i couldnt take stuff without asking and blah blah blah, so i started feeling guilty and i thought id ask if i could have it" Crow stared at the Nox "y-y-you.. Wings? h-how? fly?' the winged nox laugh "oh pfff right i forgot to introduce myself. i actually do that a loooot... My name is Lyris, yes im a winged nox. my kind used to live up in the mountains but from what my mom had told me we weren't doing to well there. then some humans came and took us one day, i managed to sneak away from their den a few moons ago and join the Violet sun pack. suuuuuper nice noxs over there, you wanna come meet them" Lyris began to lead Crow to their den. Crow was still stunned "you can fly... like a bird.. but your not a bird.. your a nox... but you have wings, and how are you so fluffy?!?". Lyris grined "Yup i can fly, yup wings like a bird. i am a nox and have wings,the fluff is to help with the cold Okay!!, now lets go to camp, OH wait where did i put that collar, just a second ago it was... i swear it was right here! " Lyris sighed, and nudged the still stuttering nox to remind him to follow her.
a raven sat in its nest watching the pair of nox walk away. its new shiny thing lay beside him...
