ETA: 3/14/19 -- FCFS Renfey Event
in this event all renfey dont count towards a slot if you already have a clan

if you do not have a clan the renfey can be made into a founder and you can start a clan that way
^ if you choose this option you cannot apply for the starter founder on the forum!
