Frazier has always been a stubborn boa who never liked taking 'no' as an answer. Since he was young, he was often disallowed outside play for extended amounts of time in the warmer months, for fear that he'd melt away completely, due to just about the entirety of his body consisting of ice cream. Every time he was removed from having a good time, he'd scowl, for he didn't want to get dragged away again, as he always had been in the past. He spent most of his childhood with the remedy of simply standing in a large portable cooler after every outdoor adventure.
As he grew, found he could no longer do this; he simply couldn't squeeze into little coolers anymore. His longing for the outside world was starting to get to him. Frazier knew there had to be a way to fit in with the other feather boas who could enjoy the sunshine just fine, but just couldn't put a finger on what that could be. And then he remembered something from his younger days: learning about knights in their shining armor from medieval times.
Promptly, the melty, minty boa had started to research more about armor, until he finally got his grand idea: I'll create a set of armor made of heat-reflecting materials that can be placed in a freezer.
These days, Frazier leaves the comforts of his house in a new style. A suit made of reflective, relatively flexible metal that covers his limbs, head, ears, backside, and underside, strapped together with fabric, that protects him from the sun's rays. Ice packs are placed inside of areas that are most likely to touch hot pavement and what not: his paws, stomach, and the underside of his neck and tail. It's studded with totally real emeralds (which are actually craft rhinestones, bur don't tell him that) for an extra bit of flair, and after he's gone inside, he can disassemble the set and place it in a freezer. 'Frosty Frazier' as he is sometimes known as still can't be out in the blaring heat for more than approximately 5 hours, and tends to stay in the shade, but at least his one wish came true: to be able to experience the world outside his door.
But if it so happens that Frazier does overdo it on the time he spends outside, he can scoop his melted material up with a spoon, pour it where it needs to be, and he'll soon be on his merry way — right after a quick bath in a tub full of large ice bags.
His armor, as shown;

I - I love this! All of the forms though, were great, so:
hamkid gets the boa
trollish gets 5 nanabucks
BEETLGUESE gets 5 nanabucks
