Kalons-- a species with soft manes and even softer hearts.
Monitored in forests across the globe for years, these animals
have recently been declared naturally tame as well as sapient.
Scientists are asking the general population to consider adopting
Kalons for further study in their capabilities of intelligence.

Their shining tails are used for identification and showing off,
which is helpful when spotting another Kalon from afar. This
association with other Kalons is why they are head-over-heels
for any shiny or colorful item that they come across!

this is my first year doing staff kalons so i'm really pumped to show you guys my kal! they're based off of this scarf <33

An artist and lover of nature, they live in the mountainous countryside inside of a split-timber home and pour their heart onto paper. Her favorite subject tends to be birds in flight or flowers she finds in her nature walks. Though, Leda finds herself inspired by anything in nature and even her textiles reflect a more natural world. Her mountain home and land arround it bring a smile to her face daily.

there are only a grand total of three things that diella favours; birds, embroidery and silk. she will refuse to believe anything else comes close to these three things. throw them all together (embroidering birds onto silken clothes and sheets) and you have diella's job; she sells her creations at a hefty price and enjoys it all the while. a win-win, really.

she's one of those types who believes she was born in the wrong
time period since she loves everything vintage. old telephones,
records, old cars, and everything in between--it's to the point
where she criticizes the modern versions of these things. she's
in her own world, really--preferring the company of her old
things over other kalons. the only thing she loves as much as
vintage things, is the color pink.
