Sorry for the delay;; I just now got time to get these tallied up real quick. Now for the question of who owns 'cets and no, I thought it was a neat little addition. But after reading through and seeing so many that didn't have 'cets, I decided I would add two "runner up" prizes from my own inventory for two lucky non-owners. So I rolled for two extras from our entrants but excluded individuals who have viscets (which I got lucky and only had to do the two rolls which is crazy but there were a lot of non-owners).

Alright, so if you want someone else to design the custom for you - then you need to make a post on our Fanclub asking for help. Have an idea in mind for your custom though so if someone pms you to help out you can give them some direction. c: If you're doing it yourself (or if someone else non-artist staff is doing it) pm me and I'll have you (or the individual who has agreed to make it) added to the viscet's main thread oekaki. After the custom has been designed, a screenshot/preview has to be sent to my pms for approval before posting. And then after it's approved and posted, it just needs named & gendered to be officially owned. c:
