Second Chance Shelter wrote:Second Chance Shelter is a dog and cat rescue where you can come to find a new member of your family. We rescue and rehabilitate dogs and cats of all shapes and sizes so they may have the chance to be placed into a caring home. All of our animals are special and deserve a chance to be happy with an owner that will care for them. The question is: are you ready to love them?
The small Westie was found stealing from a dumpster of a pizza parkour, accidentally leading some humans to where their big bearded buddy was hiding. Their location was called in by some bystanders and they were picked up, the collie showing a bit of hesitation compared to the westie.
692 PROMPT: This small dog simply loves humans, especially their new human. What is their favorite activity to do with their owner? Why? Min 20-Max 200
693 PROMPT: In comparison, this big dog doesn't really like that much commotion, mostly around human crowds. What is their favorite activity to do on their own? Why? Min 20-Max 200
Feel free to partner, try for one or try for both. Just remember to keep the forms for each separate.

prompt;If there's one thing this fella hates most is a dirty house. Sam can't stand having a mess strewn all over, especially if quests are coming! Even though he's a bit small, he can get the job done well and fast! Sam enjoys working side by side with his new folks to keep his new home tidy.
It might be that his previous owner taught him cleaning routines. He can do an assortment of household things including taking clothes out the dry, putting dishes in the dishwasher, sweeping and mopping, as well as doing some lawn work! One of his favorite things to do is organize items into their right bins and containers! Even though he can't see much color, he still manages to put the items where they go.
He doesn't even need to be told when to clean. Every time he sees a spill, he grabs a towel or some books laying around, he places them out the way. Compare to most dogs who run at the sound of a vacuum, Sam happily helps move any large bits out the way! At the end of a long day of house cleaning, he enjoys an equally long belly rub.~interactions with some fellow rescues;
Octavia
Samson loves to go for a good run with her.
Even though he's barely half her size, Sam enjoys
a good tussle match with her. However, the other
thing he loves about Octavia is when she gets into
that "husky-shedding" season! All that hair falling
needs to get swept up somehow!
~~~~~~~~~~~~
Marquis
Even though he's never been around cats much,
he loves them all the same! Sam is always trying
to get him to play but Marquis is a mellow fellow.
Just like Octavia, he's shedding his fur and getting
it all over. But no fear, Samson is always there to
clean up those pesky cat hairs!
Fletcher
Sam always has been fascinated by Fletcher's
stories from his life. They both hangout on the
backporch as the sun sets and Fletcher talks
about his various experiences. The stories Sam
always loves to hear from Fletcher is about is
time on the ocean!
Name: loula - means wild flower
Sex: female
Collar: x
Prompt: what to do, what to do when you're owner is an old lady... just like you. ever since loula was adopted her and her owner grew a liking for gardening. well her owner liked it before adopting loula but loula grew a liking for it. after long days of planting and tending to the wild flowers her owner would take a nap on the deck in her rocking chair as she laid in the garden taking time to sniff every single flower that bloomed. since her owners passing she spends her days in the garden, doing everything she can to keep them growing so her deceased owners spirit continues to thrive.
Some history: loula not only looks old but she is old, she was thrown into the pound at a younger age but everyone who came in never seemed to have an interest in her. until one late morning when a sweet old lady came, she had recently lost her husband and was looking for someone to keep her company until her time came. which sadly her time came just two years after she was adopted into the loving home. she had a wonderful life and still does, she still claims the house as her home even with the new humans who have moved in. they don't have a huge issue and have even taken her in as she isn't to difficult to take care of, especially if she spends her whole day out in the fields watching the day go by and sniffing the lovely wild flowers her past owner planted.
