So he's set in a sort of feudal Japan samurai/assassin au

-mother died immediately after birth, he never knew her
-he still had his dad, who "treasured" him
-his dad literally kept him locked away, not maliciously but because his mother had been a famed assassin, and he had inherited her distinct curled tail and ears, as well as colors
-Dad constantly had him training, sparring him, sprinting inside of their cavern, working hard
- he went outside and was simply playing with a little foxling he found, when an adult happened by and immediately attacked him, recognizing his resemblance to his mother, attempting to kill him
-the foxling tried to protect him and was injured, both of them nearly died but their father came out and battled the other,, sustaining injuries but pulling out on top
-they went back into the cave, where father told him everything, and mentioned that the attacker was an assassin from a rival clan who his mother had fought, and how he'd never be safe
-Dad was permanently crippled so he had to up his training by tenfold
-he became very proficient with all weapons, and definitely inherented his mother's talent, although he hadn't killed anyone
-he repeatedly went out to hunt and provide for them
-a few days after he turned 17 his father passed away, telling him that he should return to his mother's clan home and take his rightful place as the head of their clan
-he returned their after the tradition 13 days of mourning
-he met no resistance, as the rest of his clan had gone into hiding during the 17 years there had been no head
-slowly, his clan trickled back to him
- he was attacked once a rival clan heard of his return, but quickly and efficiently decimated his enemies, gaining the loyalties of all his distant family and clan
-he now rules as the noble head of his clan, although he is always on his guard.
-he is patiently waiting to gain enough forces to wipe out the clan who killed his father
(His foxling aid is a symbol of his power)

Personality: he is kind, but only to those who deserve it. For one so young, he demands a great amount of respect, though not purposely- he simply has a powerful aura which no one can dispute against. He is incredibly strong, fast, and intelligent. He is cunning, and wise beyond his years. His mercy can sometimes be seen as a weakness, but it is far from it.

her fingertips fluttered frantically, like a butterfly escaping rain. she tried shaking his shoulders, but no reaction occurred on his face. "Please no!" she sobbed desperately, clawing at his chest like a rabid animal. "Don't leave me here alone!"
but the corpse showed no emotion, no shred of remorse. he lay there, with red crimson seeping from his throat, motionless. immune to the grief that he was causing only a few feet away.
"Please..." her sobs grew quieter as she lay there, weeping over her lover.
the last kalon on earth was really alone now.

a week before
"Make sure she's stabilized." the tall female bustled around her lab, making notes on her clipboard. she directed teams of scientists, pointing them in different directions. "Who's in charge of No. 39?"
a blue and white scientist kalon spoke up, raising his finger "I am, ma'am."
"Okay, make sure his vitals are okay. I'm getting some weird readings on the monitor."
the blue kalon nodded, hustling away and calling out orders.
looking around to make sure no one needed her, the red and pink kalon sighed. she slumped down against the wall, exhausted. as of today, she had been up for five days straight. rubbing her eyes, she took off her glasses and let them fall into her lap. her eyelids were shadowed by large dark bags, the proof of her sleep deprivation. however, she knew she couldn't stop. because the plague sure wasn't stopping either.
