Where am I? Cris thought. I can't see a thing! I feel really smooshed. What is this thing? he rolled on his back and pushed up with his front and hind paws. He felt the wood give way under the preassure and extra force from his back being pushed against the side of the box on the ground. He pushed one more time, and the top snapped. Cris quickly looked away to keep wooden splinters from falling into his eyes. A few moments later, he flipped onto his stomach and carefully stood up, looking around carefully.
"Who's idea was it to put me in a box?" He yelled.
"She did it!" Everyone yelled, pointing at the author.
"Of course the author would do it. She thinks she is so much better than everyone, just because she created our characters!"
"Hey now, you know how I feel about the fourth wall!" The author scolded. "Do I need to put you in another box?"
"DON'T RESTRICT ME WITH THE BOOOOOOOOOOX!!!!!!! YOU KNOW MY THOUGHTS CAN'T STAY IN THERE!!!!!"
The author face palmed. "Whatever. I'm done trying. I just can't." She left the story.
"She's gone! Party!!!" Everyone yelled, and they all started partying.
"Wait... guys... if the author is gone... how is the story still being writt-

Edit: It occurs to me it may look like the story isn't done, but that is not the case, as the story just stopped being written as the Author left the story.

prompt: vix was more of the edgy one of his family. he never talked to them, nor listened. this was mainly because he had another brother who stole all of his spotlight. his brother was named midnight, all dark blue similar to his patterns. one day, when midnight had made something for his 'crush' named violet, vix accidentally destroyed it. he was upset, but of course nobody understood him. everyone thought it was his fault, even his parents.

"how come he gets all the attention?? it's not fair.." he thought. he always thought of this whenever he was reminded of his brother.
suddenly, he kicked the card on the floor with his front left paw. he sighed and slumped down. when he turned he saw the beautiful pink and white card with glitter, destroyed. the card was slightly crumpled and the glitter was everywhere, supposedly because it didn't dry... yet.
"no, no, no, no...." he said getting up. his tone of voice was anxious and fearful.
"what did you do?!" midnight yelled suddenly.
"it was an acciden-" vix explained, but couldn't quite as he was cut off.
"no it wasn't! you always say that. look what you did!!" he continued to yell. he was clearly angry, "you always do this to me... i've done nothing to you!"
vix scoffed, "nothing? nothing, you say.. when you stole mom and dad away from me! you were always their favorite. always."
midnight was quiet and left the room. vix screamed more in anger and left the room as well. they never talked to each other again.
