Is this outfit a uniform or a costume?: This is a uniform, or at least Henrik believes it is because he is definitely a 110% certified doctor. Grant it he may not have passed medical school, but at this point with all of the lives he's "saved" who needs a framed piece of paper to prove it. He's the best doctor and anyone who says otherwise probably just needs to be his patient for a little bit... Nobody doubts him again after that happens...

Who is Dr. Innokenti? Well, that's a good question. Not much is know about him and what is known is very little. From what we know Dr. Innokenti is a scientist who is trying to work on a time machine. We don't know where he comes from or even how old he is. The only think we know about him is his work. For 3 years he has been working on building the time machine. Now, Dr. Innokenti isn't this sci-fi dreamer but also a bit of a mad man. He doesn't care too much if someone gets injured in one of his time travel experiments. A few have come away in hiding from his experiment. Torn up, but for the most part okay. Maybe Dr. Innokenti doesn't fully understand his harm? Nevertheless he is still goes on trying to accomplish his goal. He seems to have an underlying determination to create his time machine. Maybe, he will one day hopefully no one will be harmed in the future.
