One of my paws were cupped against my chest, brimming with Rue. The other was holding on for dear life, high up in this beechwood tree. In my defense, from the ground, the Rue growing one the side of the cliff didn't look that high up! It was supposed to be an easy solution n- Climb the tree, grab the herb, and climb back down. Yet - Somehow in my venture up the tree I ended up going a lot higher than realized and only just looked down to see the ground 40 feet below. Even worse, her mentor wasn't there to aid her, and Roe most likely wasn't aware that she had left the campgrounds.
