do they like snow? why/why not?;; Opal loves snow and I don't use the word "love" lightly. I even think a more proper word would be obsessed. She loves to walk around in it while it's falling or if it's not currently falling she'll just lay down in it. She prefers the cold season more as during spring and summer she seems to suffer and her personality totally changes. To put it nicely the snow makes her nicer and she seems to do better.

do they like snow? why/why not?;; End likes the idea of snow - pristine little flakes falling in a beautiful blanket over some idyllic landscape somewhere in the woods or mountains - but she can't stand the cold, hates getting wet, and actually has a bit of a hard time seeing when the sunlight reflects against all of the white. It's pretty and calming at night, sure... When one is warm and dry and doesn't have to deal with it in the day, and it hasn't yet been ruined by creatures traversing through it, leaving footprints and dug-out pits, patches from laying or stalking prey, sprays from any sort of running bursts.... Anything. If it's going to snow, fine - but it can kindly be far away from her any any other creature.

do they like snow? why/why not?;; Amalthea loves to enjoy the snow. Snow brings a whole new beauty to the land. Amalthea loves the stark cleanliness of a fresh snow fall and how it layers everything creating new shapes to a once familiar item. But that is not her favorite part of when it snows. Amalthea's favorite part of when it snows is when all the young foals and their herds come out to jump around and explore the freezing cold whiteness that has taken over the land. She enjoys watching them play about and when the the fall or roll how the snow patterns sometimes leave strange markings on the little ones. Amalthea loves when the herds are frisky from the chilling snow. Its almost as if when it snows there can be nothing wrong with the world and everyone comes together to enjoy the cold sparkling snow.

Ironically, Ice despises snow. This is somewhat linked to his personality rather than the temperature. "Everything is cold and dead. What's there to love about it? Sure, snow is nice and all but they melt as soon as they touch you.". Needless to say, Ice will be that one horse that plainly refuses to go out and play in the snow, preferring very much to stay in the comfort of his stall. Despite that, if tasked to pull a carriage or go on trail rides, he will grouchily accept. He doesn't say it but deep under, trail rides through the forest where everything is pretty much black and white makes him feel happy.

do they like snow? why/why not?;; Ambra prefers the warmer temperatures. She hates the snow because it soaks into her coat and gives her chills down her spine. During winter time, she prefers to wear her very thick blanket and curl up in her stall. She will only go outside in the snow if it is completely necessary but she prefers to do her arena work in the covered arena rather than out in the elements. She loves spring time when all of the snow has melted away. Ambra would choose a warm blanket over rolling in the cold, freezing snow any day.

do they like snow? why/why not?;; (This will take place in Iriss, a fictional country of demons that I created years ago, where I have been placing my basiliks as Knights' Mounts since I got my first one)
Snow had always been Elkroz's favorite thing to hear about. She had heard stories upon stories from Hisao, the travelling knight hired by the King and Queen to patrol the tundra land just on the outskirts of the kingdom, even Kroniid would tease her from time to time about how she will most likely never see the snow of the tundra, or the large wolf-bears that called that land home. Since she was a foal, she always dreamed of seeing and rolling in the white fluff that she could see covering the tips of the mountains and some of the land below from the kingdom pasture.
One day, she snuck out of the pasture, and made her way out of the kingdom just to enter the tundra. Once she reached the starts of the snow, the mare of filled with delight. Of all the things she could do first, the mare got down to the ground and began rolling it. However, she was taken aback by how cold it was and jumped up quickly. Snorting, Elkroz pawed the snow a bit thinking, no one ever told me that snow was so cold. Nonetheless, she continued into the tundra, amused by the freezing, white fluff that sparkled around her.
Elkroz didn't spend much time in the tundra, as she started to notice scents she didn't recognize as well as the scent of Hisao and Kroniid. Knowing she'd get in trouble if caught out here, the mare ran back to the kingdom as fast as her legs could carry her.
While the snow was much colder than she had originally anticipated, the mare was more than overjoyed to have finally gotten to experience it. In her opinion, nothing could beat the snow and how it felt as she rolled around in it; not the warmth of the sun,
the smell of the rain, or the rush of the wind could compare to the dazzling, cold snow that she had always admired from afar.

do they like snow? why/why not?;; Contrary to popular belief, Pandora hates snow with a burning passion of a thousand suns. It's not so much the cold and wet factor they don't like; it actually stems from when they were first hatched. Like many chrysaoras, they were born white and faded in but the moonlight glow made them blend with the snow, causing various accidents those first few months. Also all the 'your coat looks just like the snow!' comments got really annoying after a while.

do they like snow? why/why not?;; Honestly, Yuri does not like snow or winter even, although she was born around that time. However, other Chrys compare her to the cold due to saying she has an 'icy soul'. Thing is, this gals just isn't into the behavior of go-lucky mares. Yuri always has been a rather distant and careful one. And she doesn't like to stick to others much or being in the high light. Simply being a very reserved and collected equine that doesn't like all the trouble around her, but rather watch from afar. All her foalhood, Yuri been pretty silent most of the time, didn't talk much nor did she give away much information about herself. Yes, you could catch her playing in the snow or trying to catch the snowflakes at rare occasions, however she quickly realized that others compared the filly to the cold and harsh weather which made the surroundings more uncomfortable than they already were. Although Yuri has a strong-willed mind and is truly stubborn, those sayings still got to her, nagging at her secretly even if she doesn't want to admit it. Up until now she still hates the winter and the paining memories still lingering and flaring up more than ever.
