Well, I don't suppose you know any dragons who might feel adventurous enough to somehow get caught in a snowstorm?
Eira's main thing is that she follows and lingers amidst the worst of such storms, or atop frigid mountain peaks, and keeps an eye out for any souls unfortunate enough to be caught in the frigid weather she so favors. Finding someone, she'll ward off the worst of the cold and wind around them, before leading them back to safety, or if they're in bad enough shape, nursing them back to health, before she helps them find their way.

Once she's fond of someone, she'd be happy enough to leave her icy domain to visit, however she'd have to actually meet them first, and that would be the trick.

Ah, I do hope you realize I'm not actually an artist for these darlings? I've no qualms about drawing out your eventual custom/MYO, if you've truly got your heart set on it, but I'm not sure what the rules would be concerning such a thing.
