We rescue and rehabilitate dogs and cats of all shapes and sizes so they may have the chance to be placed into a caring home. used to wearing that guilty expression as a way out from many of his devilish doings. For ex
ample, tearing up the couch and blaming it on the dog, or leaving a hairball in just the perf
ect place... But now Jeremiah is wearing that guilty expression because he actually does fe
el guilty. He feels it was his fault that he was neglected and dropped off at the Second Cha
nce Shelter. And it could have been, but the unnecessary guilt rides on his shoulders like a
heavy weight. Jeremiah could have done nothing to stop himself from ending up in the shel
