Mutation name ~ Glaucus
Mutation description ~ Markings resembling that of the glaucus. The markings come in a range of purples, blues, black and white. The most common colour by far is blue, then black, then white and extremely rarely is purple/violet. An oval or circular shape is visible around the forehead area and even found further down the muzzle. They also have a stripe running down the body close to their spine. This stripe joins at the tail and where the stipe on the other side connects with it. Then on the shoulder they have something that resembles the glaucus' "fins" or some intricate pattern. They also often have patterns surrounding the eyes.

recently, a new gene has been discovered that was lurking in abd al-hissans' gene pool for decades. with careful breeding by scientists, the gene has been isolated. called the "stream" pattern, it consists of long, curving lines along the back. (they are similar to this: one, two.)

St = non-stream
st = stream pattern
str = enhanced stream

St is dominant over st, so Stst = non-stream, StSt = non-stream, stst = stream pattern. str is incompletely dominant with both. Ststr = very faint stream, ststr = thick stream pattern, and strstr = very thick stream.
