As for charm ideas? I was trying to think of his parents charms and came up with these mixes:
Staff with sparkles on it
A crown with stars or something
A glass ball
A marble

As for talent maybe he can just have teleportation magic since he does that already and it took him 10 years to realize that's his talent lol
