Fun Fact:

I am apparently, one of the very few "accidental" cases of this. When given a list of twelve "personalities" to choose from that best describe myself, I will usually pick that associated with a Cancer (with Capricorn being a close second). why so crabby? :
Blind. Umi hated being blind. Everyone fussed over him when he was perfectly capable of scenting where the rabbit holes were or feeling the vibrations of horses feet in the ground to leap back in time. Growing up like this has made him bad tempered and hard though he's caring towards his loved ones on the inside. He usually finds it difficult to keep calm and not lash out at people who tell him what he already knows. Maybe someday he will find someone to trust his senses and not focus on his faults. Why so Crabby?: Everyone immediately assumes he loves seafood, is up for a good gaze at the stars when he just wants to nap. He got Crabby from the lack of sleep. He usually "snaps" badum-tsh at people because they wake him up from naps.

Why so Crabby?: King really hates jokes baout being a crab. All his friends will go on and on about ocean puns. "Why are you so crabby? Stop being a beach. You're really salty,". He absolutely despises it. Whenever he goes out to dinner with his friends, they point out everything on the menu with crabs. Or lobster. Or seafood in general. Gosh dranit, guys, King is vegetarian!!

Why so Crabby?: Poor Krebs, he had a nice beach party planned for all his friends and no one bothered to showed up. He sat there for hours waiting but no one showed. When he called them they all had excuses like 'I had to go to the dentist' or "I had to baby sit my younger cousin' but as it turns out everyone was really at some other Viscets house party that Krebs wasn't invited to.

Name: Camarin- a Chamoru name meaning shelterer/protector.
Gender for Breeding Purposes: Female
Why so Crabby?: Camarin, or as most others call her, Cam, is not usually so crabby. But today, she seems to be a disaster waiting to happen. Being the motherly, protective, and empathetic one she is- the thing that's currently bothering her is the fact that one of her closest friends is being picked on. She can't help it, really. She already didn't like this guy, and now he has the nerve to try bringing down one of her treasured friends. Cam would be damed if she was going to let that happen without her putting some input in. So she confronted the one who was picking on her friend, only to be yelled at herself and have more of her friends dragged down. So as of this moment (and foreseeably the next few days) Cam is being a snappy little crab is just about starts growling at anyone who even looks at her children friends the wrong way. Another thing would be that the bully know knows her weakness- her friends, She /hates/ being seen as vulnerable by others, especially ones who might use it against her. For Camarin, knowing that the ones she cares for might be hurt in the process is rubbing salt in a very open wound.

Why so Crabby?: Like it says in the Cancers traits, Krios is an insecure, emotional little Viscet who wants nothing more than to feel loved and give love. But because of her insecurities, Krios is unable to feel loved. She always feels like there's something about her that others are laughing and talking about behind her back. Is it because of the way she looks? Is she to awkward to hang around? Maybe it's her ability to communicate and make friends with the local crabs that freaks everyone out. She never feels completely comfortable in her own skin and often doesn't trust others very easily. When feeling down, Krios will often wander until she finds a body of water to lay next to and admire. Krios yearns for the moment she finally finds someone with whom she could share everything with and give her unconditional love to.

Why so Crabby?: Casca is rather crabby for one reason,and one reason alone. They're tired of having things taken from them. Thing such as food, friends, and most of all, family. During the years of childhood, Casca always found themselves clinging to one cet to the next as thier home life was rather lonesome. They grew up on a small shack near the pacific ocean and had no one to care for them accept the crabs that laid upon the rocks to sun themselves. When they didn't attend the daily classes held by a nearby pack they often spent time by the ocean, taking in the vast amounts of salt that filled the air near the ocean.

When they reached the juvenile level things began to change. The friends of the same species that they've made slowly began to fade like the tide does in the cold night. They were starting to be treated rather differently. They were well aware of the issue when they over heard a few others talking. "Gosh that fish kid, is reely some fin else!" "Yea!" said another. "I have no idea where they flouder!" Hearing how they were being made fun of, caused them to leave their only connection to their family. The crabs.

One day the crab population started to get rather low due to the increased amount of crab fishing. Casca found themselves in a tight spot as they couldn't swim very well, and we hopeless to save the ones they held close.

With the lack of connection, and fear of being teased once again, Casca had become a rather cold, and crabby individual.
