If we're talking about two-faced Viscets, Toma would be the one to come to mind. He's usually pretty mild-mannered and polite, and is usually a friendly Viscet that is such an enigma that everyone would want to know better. As a barista, Toma would have to be nice to the customers, as that's his job since he's someone who alternates between making coffee and manning the cashier. He's become quite the common sight to see at 'Bittersweet Delights', the café that he works at, yet no one knows anything else about Toma other than his life at the café. His co-workers and the customers who frequent the café tried digging down into the horned Viscet's past and present, but the Viscet with the braid would smile and refuse to let anything slip.
Toma's other side is definitely more frightening. He is not deranged, no, Toma's other side would have passed into the void and can't compare to a spirit of Satan's. Although not mentally ill, he manipulated his mind and made himself think that he loved someone who didn't reciprocate his affections. He is willing to go through extreme lengths to make sure that the Viscet that caught his attention would acknowledge him, and such methods include homicide, stalking the Viscet in question, and leaving them small (albeit creepy) letters and presents. However, once his delusional mind registers the fact that the Viscet in question doesn't love him, Toma will leave them alone at last...

"My precious little sugar cube, you don't want to do that now, do you~? I will do everything in my power to completely and utterly break you~!"

Nabi certainly isn't the first Viscet that Toma had fallen for, and she certainly isn't the last. There was something about her charming blue fur and the unease in her multi-coloured eyes that hooked Toma like how smokers crave for nicotine. He wanted to put her at ease, and Nabi accepted his help, so she showed up at 'Bittersweet Delights' even more. They talked to each other a lot, occasionally flirting with Nabi blushing every so often, and for a while Toma felt that he had found the one that would reciprocate his affections. That however was not the case, because the last time Nabi showed up at Bittersweet Delights', she brought along her lover, Ligonem. Heart shattered in pieces once again, Toma left work early. There was nothing he could do to win her love, because from the amount of time that they had spent together, the braided Viscet had learned that Nabi was fiercely loyal and would do anything to protect the wellbeing of her family and friends.
Toma didn't pursue Nabi like how he did with the other Viscets; he respected her boundaries and backed off, nursing an aching heart with chocolate-brown eyes filling with tears once again. Nabi was probably the only Viscet that he had actually liked, minus the physical attraction, and Toma couldn't be sure if he would ever find someone else quite like her.

"I love you, Nabi, and I always had, but I know you can never reciprocate these meaningless emotions of mine. How were they fabricated in the first place? Maybe it was because I became so entranced in those beautiful orbs of yours. I can hear your voice; you would reprimand me for attempting to flirt with you again, but this is what I truly think of you.
I will always love you, trust me."

Toma isn't sure of how he should feel about Ligonem. The two has only had one meeting, yet that one meeting is enough for the braided Viscet to harbour intense hate towards the two eyed Viscet. As two Viscets yearning for Nabi's love, that would make the two rivals, if Nabi hadn't already chosen Ligonem. Because of this, Toma chooses to keep his distance with Nabi and Ligonem for this reason, as he doesn't want to create more grievance for someone he likes, even if she doesn't reciprocate his feelings.
Ligonem, on the other hand, absolutely hates Toma with a passion, and isn't shy about announcing it to public. He's fiercely protective of Nabi, and seeing Toma's edgy side triggers that overprotectiveness. Ligonem isn't fond of how Toma also harbours romantic feelings for Nabi, so Ligonem does his best to keep the two apart as much as possible. He knows that the two are jealous of each other, and they've never been on terms better than distant strangers.
-----
"I don't know what to think of Ligonem. He's certainly unsettling, with his extra eyes and all. I still can't accept that Nabi has chosen someone like him... But if she wishes for Ligonem to not be harmed, then I will restrain myself, despite the amount of pain it brings to my heart. I hate him, he's ungrateful of Nabi's affection. I would treat her better. I love her more than anyone else in the world.
Mark my words, I will continue to hate you until you prove that you are worthy for Nabi, because in the state that you currently are, you are no match for her.
I should've been the one.
You should be grateful."

There was something alluring about Willow that drew Toma towards her, much like how Nabi drew him towards her. As fate appears to dislike Toma, Willow is the daughter of Nabi and Ligonem, and Toma is torn by how there is yet another female that he can't be close to. Nonetheless, Willow is aware of the quarrel between her father and Toma, yet she chooses to keep him company by often dropping by 'Bittersweet Delights'. The barista would've preferred that Willow left him alone, as he had enough of her parents, but Willow is determined to know Toma. As it is, Willow is the first to know about Toma's twisted side without experiencing it herself. Surprised by how Willow isn't disturbed by the fact, the braided Viscet finds peace in Willow's acceptance, despite the age gap. Toma ought to feel spite towards Willow because she is the daughter of Nabi and Ligonem, but instead he feels that Willow is the daughter with Nabi that he never had.
Willow's family is dysfunctional; there seems to be a wall between the two female Viscets, and Willow often finds Toma for comfort. Although it is rare, Nabi would sometimes tell Toma to take care of Willow for her, and out of his feelings for the butterfly patterned Viscet, Toma agrees. Now that Willow travels the globe there is nothing Toma can do for Willow, but when Willow stops by 'Bittersweet Delights' occasionally, Toma would welcome her with open arms.
-----
"At first I thought she was available, somewhat like a replacement for Nabi. Of course, there can never be a replacement for her, as Willow turned out to be her daughter. I love her, but only platonically. Our relationship will never take a step further than just friends."

Cipher was a stranger case than the other Viscets. When he was sane, he'd show up often at 'Bittersweet Delights', either complaining about his work or just dropping by for a warm beverage. Eventually Cipher became an often sighting at 'Bittersweet Delights', and Toma and Cipher became good friends. However, before Cipher was sent up to space, he cornered the braided Viscet and spilled his feelings for the other male. As Toma was strictly hetero, he could not accept Cipher's feelings. After that, the two remained good friends, up until Cipher returned and became a wanted criminal. Toma wasn't sure of how to feel about Cipher, but in a way, Toma himself can be considered a criminal if anyone found out about his other side. Because of this, Toma kept his distance from the scaled Viscet, at least, until Cipher ordered a cup of coffee online and practically demanded that Toma was the one to deliver the coffee. The two ended up remaining friends, although neither was sure of where they were at on each others' scales.
Cipher used to have romantic infatuations towards Toma, but when Toma had shot him down, Cipher acknowledged that Toma wasn't the one for him. Although he doesn't let it show, Cipher still harbours some of these feelings towards the braided Viscet. After all, one rejection was enough for Cipher to know that Toma simply wasn't interested in him.
-----
"I don't understand Cipher sometimes, but I understand enough to know that all Cipher wants in life is just someone to love him, and sadly, I'm not the one for him, either. This time, it's not someone else breaking my heart; it's me breaking someone else's heart.
I'm sorry, Cipher, but if I accept, I'd be lying to you and to myself."

Extras:
It was rush hour, and the small café that Toma worked at was struggling to keep up with the amount of orders that were piling in. It wasn't as though these sort of moments were uncommon, but rather a lot of Viscets who worked at the café had booked off, since it was Valentine's Day.
Exhaling heavily, Toma brought over the five drinks that were recently ordered, before another Viscet took those drinks and started to distribute them to the Viscets who had paid. Standing by the cashier, the braided Viscet kept a happy, chipper smile on his face as he took orders, despite feeling like crap. Not only did he not have a significant other, he had to work overtime for the convenience of others. Although Toma wasn't particularly bothered by that, he would be lying to himself if he said that he didn't want to be at home resting.
"Two orders of large iced coffees!" Toma yelled towards the bustling kitchen, and a Viscet who had stuck their head out from behind the door gave the braided Viscet a small thumbs up before disappearing into the kitchen again. Sighing and leaning onto his elbow, Toma's chocolate eyes glanced over the customers in the small café. They were all chatting happily, and some had taken that extra step to give their significant other chocolates and roses.
"Ugh," Toma muttered to himself as he brushed away a bead of sweat that had appeared on his brow. The heater was on quite high, and since the air outside was cold, the windows and glass all fogged up. Normally one wouldn't be sweating under these conditions, but Toma had been moving around more than anyone else.
Tapping a paw against the counter, the horned Viscet frowned slightly. He understood that the café was severely understaffed and couldn't afford to lose another employee for the day, but Toma was tired and had just about enough of the PDA. Such actions reminded the Viscet of what he couldn't obtain: Love. His relationships were never requited, and quite frankly it broke his heart when he thought about it.
Sitting up straight and smiling, Toma was about to address the new customers when he realized the Viscet's were. It was Nabi and Ligonem, with an addition of Willow tagging along unwillingly. Forcing a fake smile to remain on his face, Toma gritted his teeth the entire time as he wrote down the three Viscets' orders. Turning towards the kitchen again, the braided Viscet entered and called someone else to man the cashier. There was no way he'd stay out there when they were here. No, Toma would just have to settle with making coffee and things of the like.
"You look seriously upset, Toma," another employee commented, as the braided Viscet let out a rather harsh laugh.
"Now that's something new. Thanks for stating the obvious," Toma muttered under his breath, before walking over to the sink to wash his paws. When his paws were clean, he grabbed a paper towel and wiped himself off. Gathering the preparations to make a pumpkin spice tea, he sighed. "Sorry, I shouldn't have said that. Today is a rough day. I mean, look at all these orders. I don't know how we're able to do so much already without missing a beat." Turning back to the pumpkin spice tea in distaste, Toma shrugged nonchalantly. "We're doing so well, might as well keep up the good work, eh? After all, our job requires us to work."
