Why is he looking at the other gator's house?:
He is simply looking in his neighbor's house, well just to, how do I put this, borrow some of there Christmas decorations. Borrow them for a long time that is. It's not stealing! How absurd of you to say that!

Exactly. I am not stealing. I am just storing the items away for later. I don't know what your kind of stealing is, but it's clearly different then mine. I am just eye-balling there Christmas tree, and lights. I need those for my home and I don't think they'd mind me borrowing them for a while, maybe even past Christmas. Once I borrow them, they'll be mine until I choose to give them back, easy as that. It's just how I work.

Some people may call me mean, vile, nasty, even a legend at that point- I mean not the good type of legend. People don't like to be around me for some reason, I just can't put my finger on it. Is it the way I look? The way I borrow? The place that I live?Eh who cares. They're all like the rest, they come to my door caroling, and being annoying. I don't see the point of it. It's just a waste of my time, and an annoying thing to listen to. So I simply put up a keep out sign. Maybe thats what scares them, but they have to learn to stay out one way or another.

No one ever believed that I could change from the "nasty" gator I was. But there was one gator, Twinkle was her name if I could recall believed that I could change, She believed no matter how vile my personality was, there was somewhere in my heart in where I could change. She guided me, she told me not to be afraid of all the gators judging me. The only reason I chose to be mean, was because they made up many nasty rumors about me. Anyone could change. She told me once she finished trying to help me. And well, I did change. I had a change in heart, that taught me to respect others, and they'll respect you. Also to be nice and caring, and that's when I began to gain friends and I had a life again, a good life. A life in which others could talk to me, and I could talk to them knowing that I could trust them. Twinkle changed my life from that point on, and I really do thank her for it. I was no longer the grinch that stole Christmas, I was the grinch that helped Christmas, and made others smile and laugh.

Why is he looking at the other gator's house?:
He loves to watch people having happy ness.Right now he is peering into a window watching his nabor eat dinner with his family he always had a hard time making friends and misses the old times he had when he was younger eating dinner with his family but now that he has grown and his parents and everyone else live far away it has made it hard to even spend time with them on such a day, Christmas day. he enjoys seeing other people smile and wishes to have someone at least laugh at one of his jokes but it is kinda hard to even try to crack a joke when someone just runs away from your smile.His smile has always been the thing to keep people away he was always scared to smile as a kid afraid that a kid might make fun of him for his smile so he tried to stay clear of things that made him smile, let alone happy.Though he stares through the window now smiling as he watches them pass food to each other and talk.
he also enjoys just strolling by Nabors house at night making sure to drop off presents as he goes ..kinda like a secret Santa of sorts making sure there is a smile on everyones face.

things he enjoys wearing are;
a simple black jacket to keep him warm as he walks along sidewalks he wears a
pair of gloves with cut off fingertips so he can keep his palms warm and the tips
of the gloves just bother his fingers a whole lot so he just rids himself of them for
that reason but they still keep him warm.
he also enjoys wearings hats to keep his head warm his favorites hats being his
fluffy one for when it is cold outside and for casual wear a fedora to keep his
hair down since it likes to stick up ...a lot.
