Alright guys so I know this has taken me quite some time to judge, but I promise I've been agonizing over this for weeks. I've had five different people help me in combing through all the forms and aiding me in narrowing it down, and selecting a winner. This has been the hardness competition to judge, completely and utterly. I want to say that all of you who completed forms did a great job, and for you to continue to try out and excel in this community. Your determination in this competition alone has been inspiring (as well as exhausting lol).

I have a few honorable mentions that were agreed upon by the others who aided me in judging this competition. Your forms were great and between you guys and the winner you were definitely a cut above the rest. So seriously a congrats and I'm awarding x2 stubs to each of the following: T h e M a r t i a n, grizzly., & CorrelateOwl.

The competition came down between two forms that were really duking it out for first place. I and others countlessly read over these forms more than once and each time the decision was split. "This one is great" but "this one is too" and no clear winner was in sight for some time. After a lot of combing through and re-reading and comparing, a decision was reached. The development and overall forms were both grand. Gorgeous artwork and so much time and effort put into both. However there was an oversight that I didn't even notice until combing through again today to make my final decision. One of the forms missed something in the skeleton form that was specifically outlined that aided in making the final call. And as much as I hate it, howlingtothestars, the oversight was yours. Your form was great, and was a beautiful story, development and precious artwork to boot but in your required section "art 1" was supposed to have neither comic nor animation of which yours had both. This is not the sole reason however that you did not win, it is only a small part. Your form as great as it was had some places that just didn't flow as well as commandant's did. And while your story was more uplifting and theirs was a bit darker, the development and emotions of the character came through a little better in their form. And for those reasons I have named commandant's form the winner. Howling, I'm still willing to offer you an RU, and while it won't be a legendary I have a pretty good idea of what it could look like. However since it's your final slot I can understand you turning it down (or having it made and gifted to someone else.) If you're interested or have questions, please pm me. c:
