I'm new too but I think I understand, lmao. hm means honorable mention. I think you can change these in for ticket stubs which eventually can be used for customs(??????)

Yes, that is correct. They can be exchanged for stubs. The stubs can be redeemed for either customs or for potions for the nursery if you would rather.
