How s/he earned the name: As an apprentice, she had fallen in love with a tom from another clan. One day, she found that she was expecting his kits, and became enraged at him. Not telling anyone, she spread his scent on the border, and told the clan that he was on their land. In response, the clans declared war on each other, and Darkpaw(as was her name) ripped his stomach open. She was given her warrior name as she was cast out of the clan, Darksoul, and was later found begging for food at other clans, eventually joining Valleyclan and birthing her kits there.
