Before anything is said, this is a custom of mine who's ref I have re-made(with permission).
He is NOT a staff custom. I made him after winning a custom ticket in the Anniversary Event in 2015, however at that time I did not have access to oekaki and asked a friend to transfer him for me. Now that I have the chance to, I have moved him over myself with the accurate proportions for his edits.
