I was very torn between two very stellar forms, gotta say this one was very tough. I loved the development and characteristics specifically that these two forms brought to the table. They were really well done in my opinion and that sort of character development just astounded me and really is what made this difficult for me to judge. But after much debate I've decided I'll be being an RU to the other form that really did a great job as well.

That being said, the winner is captain-mongoose. The thought and just everything that went into your form was very well executed. The traits were intriguing and the take you went with it made it realistic, which I really liked. And of course all the beautiful artwork! Excellent job, really.

the RU goes to 155ninjacatty. I still really enjoyed your form, and the characteristics as well as so much extra info about the character you included as well. That really gave me a good insight to the character you built.

With a nasty attitude and a reputation to match, few manage to wield their way into the heart of Juniper. She has no issue in getting her way, whether it be by charm or force, and always manages to take what she feels she deserves. Regardless of what age or shape her victim takes, she treats all of them the same; lures them in with an alluring smile, and crushes their self esteem in one fatal blow. Nothing makes Juniper happier than sending another into absolute depression and striking fear into their hearts.

why?

many wonder why juniper is the way she is.
though there is not yet any clinical diagnosis,
everyone has come to a census that junie's
terrible behavior stemmed from a childhood
obsession of bonnie and clyde ( see more ).
Other than that, there really hasn't been
too much explanation at all on the topic.

i doubt you've paid such close attention,
but if you'll notice, junie is a quadruped.
during puberty, her hind legs were never
fully developed, so she typically chooses to walk
on all four legs rather than on only two.
She still has the ability to rear up of course,
but only for extremely short periods of time.

Malice isn't even the tip of the iceberg with Juniper. Born with Intermittent Explosive Anger Disorder, she has struggled with temper her entire life, causing stress to her family, friends, and everyone around her. Junie soon decided that a pack wasn't the place for her, and she'd much prefer a life of loneliness rather than lash out toward the few people that tried to understand. Venturing out with the lifestyle of a wanderer, Juniper encountered many strangers amongst her travels. Though she tried her best to be nice, she found her tension was relieved when she allowed herself to be angry. She began talking down to those she'd met and pointing out their insecurities. Of course, it didn't take long for her to use this to her advantage. Junie became a traveling salesman of sorts- pointing out people's flaws, and recommending a product that they might use. Typically, the folks accepted the offer readily. But when they didn't? All Hell broke loose. Juniper would yell and scream and throw a mighty tantrum until their shaky hands enclosed around the product. Then, with that, she'd bid them adieu with a sly smirk on her face. Every night, she watches Bonnie and Clyde on a portable DVD player. Bonnie, the female protagonist in the movie, has always been an idol for the Viscet. She managed to take control of her life- to really show everyone how angry she was. Though Juniper has not yet resorted to killing or extreme violence at all, there's always a thought in the back of her mind pleading for her to hurt the next victim.

As previously mentioned, Juniper is indeed disabled. When she was experiencing puberty, her back legs didn't develop as much as they needed to for her to walk on her hind legs comfortably. Though she prefers to move as a feral animal, she can raise up for short periods of time when deemed necessary. She'll often use this as a tact for making sales. Junie will bipedal for as long as she can before faking an injury and receiving the other person's help.

Juniper, fittingly enough, has chosen to live underground. Although her hind legs are all but useless, her front are incredibly strong. Digging has always come very naturally to her. She began burrowing in times of desperation- namely when she had first run away and hadn't yet found anywhere to live. It was an easy shelter- protection from all the elements, and safe from predators. She'd run into the rodents that she shared her home with, and dined on those until she felt it was morning time.

Now, however, her tunnels are much more elaborate. They're multi-roomed with lighting fixtures and proper storage units. Though she rarely invites anyone over, when she does, her guests are always extremely impressed and usually a bit jealous. Inside of her home, she strings little bokah lights through the ceiling to mark exit pathways. She owns a mini fridge and loves to store freeze dried asian pears in it, along with what most would consider necessities. Since she's a wild Viscet, her primary food source is game that she's able to find near her house. Oddly enough though, she obeys hunting laws and only hunts deer when it's deer season, rabbits when it's rabbit season, etc. And before you ask, no, killing a rabbit does not bother her even slightly.

Her furnishings are rather minimal. She has a TV fashioned from an old computer monitor, old dog beds galore, and a small stack of pillows and blankets. She enjoys stealing electricity from the neighbors. So far, they haven't seemed to notice. On the television, her favorite shows are Cash Cab, Deal or No Deal, and Wheel of Fortune. Junie practically only keeps her TV on the Game Show Network, and I really don't advise you to ask her to change it to a different channel.
