Parrapups, or Parras, are an omnivorous, aviary quadrupedal species that originated from tropical areas, but after they were domesticated, they gained more levels of fur and different beaks. All parras spend a lot of time cleaning themselves, and preening their feathers if they have wings. Parras come with a variety of tails and beaks, but good luck finding one that does! Having a large gene pool Parras also have the chance to show some mutations. They come in a large variety of colors including bright neons and dull greys. All parras are a very social in some way and love to whistle, sing, and chatter to others- Parra or not!

This parra was designed by Paradoxxoid, I'm just helping them find a home since the previous contest ended a long time ago without many forms. I expanded the prompt a bit since I figured maybe the previous one was a bit specific and that's why less people tried out, but bonus points if you stick to the campfire/bonfire theme nvn

“Aiden, what’s the situation?” The crackly voice over the speaker made the flame coloured parra take the binoculars away from her face. She turned to the speaker and picked it up, holding a button on the side to respond,
“Someone’s setting off flares,” Aiden huffed, blue in the face, “I’m not sure if they’re being idiots or generally need help,” she let go of the button.
“Either way, you’re closer, you need go check it out,”
She could barely make out the voice over the speaker, but she knew what she had to do and could only sigh. The orange parra put the device down and went over to her backpack, checking to see if she had everything there,
“Oh, and make sure you take your walkie talkie this time,” The voice spooked Aiden from what she was doing. She released an air of relief before going over to the walkie-talkie and picking it up,
“Yeah, yeah, got it,” She said, moving to clip the speaker onto one of the straps of the bag. Things clattered from inside the large satchel as Aiden swung it over her shoulders, heading out the door and towards to where the flares had been set off.
Later on Aiden was poking at a campfire with a stick, her orangy-red fur glowing like the fire in front of her. Across from her sat a black parra with blue and purple stripes, a pair of broken white headphones – that were decorated beautifully with gold and silver – rested around her neck, sadly broken.
“Thanks for saving me,” She chirped happily, lifting a bandaged paw – Aiden merely grunted in response, sending a harsh glare,
“If you hadn’t of been an idiot I wouldn’t have needed to save you!” Aiden snapped, leaving the other parra to chuckle sheepishly,
“Sorry…”

Charlie has always had a fascination with fire, seeing things burn, and the smell of burning
wood. Many would call her an arsonist, but she has always made sure that her fires were safe
from harming anyone or anything. This is what has led her to live at a national park. Her days
are filled with doing what she enjoys and teaching campfire safety to others in her own unique,
highly unconventional, strikingly theatrical, but very effective way. For, whats the use of doing
what you love if it leads to not being able to do what you love? Her simple philosophy is you
give in order to take, and the amount you give should always be greater than what you take.

:.Char's Teaching Technique.:
Welcoming a group to the park, Char takes them onto a short walk with the objective of
picking up one twig or stick as she talks about the park. She and her group soon reach a
clearing that has been soaked with water around a circle in the center. At this point, she
asks each person to name an animal that lives in the park and to think about it's habitat
and habits. She then has everyone gather to the center, put their twigs/stick into some
tiny holes to keep them up right, and then step back. Char takes some hay and spreads it
around and over the twigs and sticks. Next, she asks them to picture the circle as the
national park and of all the animals that live within it as they listen and watch.

Char then makes what resembles a miniature camp fire and sets it on fire as she talks. She
tells the visitors to imagine they are moving to another camp ground, or even leaving the
park, and that they stomp out the fire before leaving. Char takes a stick to scatter the tiny
campfire and then takes a rock to simulate stomping it out. Always excited at this part, she
asks them to watch closely at what happens next. The campfire remains soon start to smolder
and then half a minute later the fire springs back to life. Char tells the visitors to continue
thinking of the park's animals and their homes. She moves on to tell them the responding
times of the rangers. The visitors watch as a portion of the modeling park goes up into
flames and continues to spread until Char throws a bucket of water on it. She ends her
lessons with a simple statement.

"Remember to always pour water onto your campfire remains until it doesn't sizzle anymore."
