Well this was a good competition I think, I had some pretty good entries all in all. c:

As per the normal I numbered it down to all the forms that qualified and then numbered it down to the ones that I liked the best.
I had three forms I particularly liked;

All three forms gave very diverse personalities, and respectively majority of the songs selected suited the personalities you guys went form very well. The art in each form was great, loved them all quite a bit. I like to see creativity, and the flow of each form was good, and effort is the last thing I look at as a deciding factor. Two of the forms above did do the optional extra, which is great actually.

After a bit of debating with myself I determined I'm giving two RUS

a RU to Xelinator
(because your form was great, the art was great, the songs fit almost perfect together for the personality and the extra step taken in doing the optional/extra about his past)

a RU to SilverSamurai
(because your art is beautiful as always, your form had a near perfect flow, and the songs were perfectly spot on. had you of done the optional part I'd probably have named you the winner with little debate.)

and the Winner is lady lightwing..
Your form had a lot of chemistry I felt, and flowed well together. Your songs all suited the personality you gave, and the art was cute and smol. I liked that you not only did the optional segment but that you gave it a unique and different spin that not only made me feel sympathy towards the character but also understand more of why he is as he is.
