Malcolm is the head of a major company: which produces technology, and purchases and invests in other businesses, therefore being magisterial to his employees and just other people in general. Being very young for the position, he had to be ruthless to get there and is somewhat antagonistic and leery towards nearly anyone who he is unfamiliar with due to some previous unpleasant experiences with others in his business. Malcolm is rather arrogant and self-absorbed due to his success but in reality is rather lonely and is extremely afraid of failure. Due to these extreme and opposing traits he is rather mercurial, and predicting his changes of mind is near impossible. Despite his outspoken and blunt nature, if one manages to catch his attention he can be rather charming and can even extend to being flirtatious. Malcolm is a rather difficult individual all in all, but he likes to think that he's worth it.
